General Duties: Availability Management ensuring the availability of applications/ systems by appropriate measures (monitoring and analysis of events, incidents, problems) Supplier Management the agreement and review of contractual services with the suppliers (operating and license agreements) Capacity Management planning and controlling of capacity for the application/ systems (infrastructure, licenses and operating costs) Change Management approving, controlling and evaluating of infrastructure changes for the application/systems Service Asset & Configuration Management configuration and management of IT services for application/systems (ConnectIT, CMDB) Knowledge Management relevant knowledge sources for the operation of the application/ systems (ResolveIT, operating manual, WiKi) Event Management controlling and evaluating the relevant results of the application/ systems (threshold value monitoring) Incident Management fault processing and troubleshooting within the framework of the agreed service levels for the application/systems Request Fulfillment processing of defined service requests for the application/systems Problem Management controlling the pro- and reactive analysis of problems in the application/systems and the sustainable troubleshooting Access Management restricting user access based on the defined roles and permissions Skills Required: ◦SAP WM/EWM Technical 3-5 years ◦SAP basics 3-5 years ◦Communication  ◦Self Organization  ◦ITIL Skills  ◦Service 2nd /3d Level 5+ years
